- Bridge treated same as road AP cost
- Water cost for tracked is currently the cost of the underlying terrain, but that will probably change ???
Water and tidal areas:
- The difference between the high water line and low water line is the tidal area
- Only tracked vehicles can cross it
- If a hex is only covered by water part-time, then it is tidal
- If a hex is covered by water full-time, then its uncrossable by all units. This is where bridges are useful.
